Je T’aime Cottage is nicely tucked away behind an old church and the rolling gardens of the Ormonde Wine Estate. Just resting in the corner of a 1 acre piece of land, with country views you will find this nostalgic love cottage called Je T’aime.

This little sister of the Maison de L’amour Guest House is a humble hideaway and could be shoots location, quietly immersed in nature and bursting at the seams with style and tranquility.

The Fisherman’s cottage design and details are all carefully considered to provide you with an inviting and relaxing escape.

Je T'aime is a  romantic cottage that will steal your heart as much as you are trying to steal hers.  Decorated in a rustic French-chic/African style, absolutely everything from the furnishings to the scenery invites romance to blossom.  Take a stroll through the village or just a short wonder to next door to sit under the beautiful shadey trees and sip a fine Ormonde wine  and relish in the peaceful ambience.

SERVICE OFFERING -

We do offer a few items in the COTTAGE.

We have a small variety of Darling Wines in the cottage that we offer as an honesty bar.

All we ask you to do is to place the money in the pot when you take a bottle and please be honest and fair.

We would like your trip and stay with us, one to be remembered and to come back to visit. So we offer a service to do some pre shopping for your kitchen before arrival. To make it easier for you. If you don’t have time, you can pre- order items from us, just check this list attached, and send it back to us, a week before you arrive. We will do a small shop for you. i.e breakfast items, Ice, etc.

You just need to check off the items on our pre/order list and we can have it ready for you.

Payment on the day of arrival.

The cottage is welcoming, tasteful and well equipped. Enjoy an outside braai whilst admiring the glorious evening sunset. No need to set your alarm. The rooster will announce the beautiful morning and urge you to stroll around the Village, hike to the top of the hill or simply smell the roses.

If you want to be a real stud, you can book your loved one a long weekend away. The Cottage started as a humble horse stable in the day, stood empty for many many years, and more recently has been renovated into a romantic cottage for two. The beauty of this cottage is the complete privacy, in all areas.

If you have a four- legged friend, you are welcome to bring.

We love animals and would love for you to be happy and relaxed during your stay. 

Rules are in place, with picking up doggy mess, and not letting your pet bark and day or night.
